DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Company" means the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) and its affiliated entities.
• "Casino" refers to Swift current casino.
• "Gaming Space" includes, but is not limited to, slots machines, table games, and electronic gaming devices.

AGE RESTRICTION

You must be at least 19 years of age to access the Gaming Space or participate in any promotions.

LICENSE AND OPERATION

The Casino operates under a valid license granted by Saskatchewan's Liquor and Gaming Authority and is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and gaming policies.

ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

You must conduct yourself in a manner that does not disturb the enjoyment of other patrons or compromise the integrity of our services. This includes refraining from excessive noise, littering, loitering, and any behavior deemed inappropriate by casino staff.

GAMING LIMITS AND RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

The Casino provides resources for responsible gaming practices, including setting limits on losses, taking regular breaks, and accessing counseling services if needed.

SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM

You may voluntarily exclude yourself from the Gaming Space for a specified period or permanently through our self-exclusion program.

LOST PROPERTY AND DAMAGE

The Company is not liable for any lost property within its facilities except in cases where we have reasonable knowledge of such loss and can provide identification information to assist with recovery.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify the Company, including its directors, officers, employees, and agents, against all claims arising from your actions or omissions at the Casino or any connected promotional activities.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication on our website or posting within the Gaming Space.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Saskatchewan's laws, including those applicable to gaming regulations and contracts.

BINDING EFFECT

These Terms and Conditions are binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or any associated activities, we will attempt to resolve it through our internal procedures before resorting to external dispute resolution processes.

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If any provision within these Terms and Conditions is found invalid by law, such validity shall not affect other provisions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between you and us regarding access to or use of our facilities and services.

By accessing or participating in our activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
